The site content is informational and describes in general terms the equipment, services and components we offer. It is not a binding commercial offer.

Prices, scope, timelines, technical specifications and warranties are defined in each written quotation or contract. In case of difference, the written agreement prevails.

Service requests

The site form prepares a message that you send via WhatsApp or email. Sending a request does not by itself create an obligation to provide the service; the business relationship starts when both parties agree a quotation or contract.

Intellectual property

The name, logo, texts and photographs of Servicios Puentes Grúa S.A.S. are its property or used with permission. They may not be copied, modified or used commercially without written permission.

Third-party trademarks mentioned on the site (for example, Tele Radio, SWF Krantechnik, Hyundai Hoist and MIT Hoist & Crane) belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them identifies the products we work with and does not imply that those owners endorse this site.

Third-party resources used on the site, such as typefaces and software libraries, are used under their own licenses, listed on the Licenses and credits page.

Permitted use

You agree to use the site lawfully, without attempting to disrupt it, access non-public areas or send false or malicious content through our contact channels.

The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.

Liability

We aim to keep site information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the general content of the site without a technical assessment of your case. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights or any obligations we take on by contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection rules.
